swimming, sailing, boating, parasailing, jet skiing and much more.

Since Barefoot Cottage is not in the heavy tourist areas but rather a
beautiful neighborhood just steps to the gulf, this tropically
landscaped, private, single family home is perfect for those quiet
family or business getaways. A child-friendly 1600 square foot,
central airconditioned, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with outdoor sand
shower provides fun comfort during your stay. The home, completely
remodeled in 1997, features a brand new full bathroom, terrazzo
flooring and ceiling fans. Spacious living areas decorated in casual
beach cottage furnishings include a large kitchen with refrigerator,
dishwasher, microwave, range and disposal. Enjoy a family room with
telephone and cable TV, spacious dining room, sun room great for
reading the morning paper and laundry room with washer/dryer. Ample
parking with shell driveway provides for many visitors. Extra linens,
bath and beach towels provided.

Barefoot Cottage is located one hour south of Tampa. You can also
drive to Key West (about 4hrs), Disney (about 2.5hrs), Naples,
beautiful Sanibel Island, Captiva Island and Fort Myers (about 2
hrs). Near by activities include swimming, snorkeling/diving,
kayaking, canoeing, sailing, water-skiing, surfing, windsurfing,
parasailing, jet skiing, shelling, rafting, fishing, wildlife

Nov 1, 2009 - Dec 30, 2009 $750 per week / $2200 per month / $350 weekend

DEPOSIT: Upon making your reservation, we require a deposit of $150
to guarantee your dates. This deposit will be returned to you after
checkout and inspection of the premises. 50% of the rental fee is due
60 days prior to reservation date. The balance is due 30 days prior
to your reservation date.
CANCELLATIONS:
A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are
made more than sixty days prior to the arrival date will incur no
penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay,
that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full
advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early
departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
