bathroom villa, located just a few hundred yards from the sea at 
Silver Sands, on Jamaica's fabulous North Coast. It's a great place 
for those traditional family vacations. Enjoy your own private pool 
and the fabulous service from the attentive staff. Recently 
constructed, this villa is beautifully furnished and decorated to 
the highest standard.

Silver Sands is an exclusive villa colony on the North Coast of 
Jamaica situated in Trelawny at Duncans, between Ocho Rios and 
Montego Bay.

Vacation Rental Rates

You may rent any two, or three bedrooms at the following prices. 
Bedrooms not booked by you are closed off. The house is yours 
exclusively for the duration of your stay. No one else shares any 
part of the house with you.

2 Bedrooms 

Low Season (April 16 - December 15) - US$1450 
High Season (December 16 - April 15) - US$1700

3 Bedrooms

Low Season (April 16 - December 15) - US$1800
High Season (December 16 - April 15) - US$2200*

Add General Consumption Tax (GCT) of 8.25% to all prices. Free 
Airport Transfers from Montego Bay to Silver Sands included in 
Weekly Rates (one pick-up and one drop-off for all members of your 
party traveling together). Minimum stay is three nights. A stay of 
less than a week does not include Free Airport Transfers.
