Before you book another Property on Mission Beach you should ask these questions.

Is the Property in the front of the building directly on the boardwalk?

Does the property-
-have a 14ft wide window right on the beach?

-have Ocean Views from the Livingroom, Kitchen, Both Bedrooms, and One of the 2 bathrooms, and privacy glass on the bedrooms?

-have a private patio with high end outdoor furniture right on the boardwalk/beach?

-have a 9ft wide remote controlled movie screen/shade that you can watch TV/Movies in High Definition from the living room and Master bedroom?

Can you lie on the pillowtop bed in the Master bedroom and have a full view of the boardwalk, waves, dolphins,pelicans,surfers and still have complete privacy with the special reflective 8ft wide glass on the bedroom wall?

If the answer is NO to any of these questions than you are settling for a lower quality vacation!



The "SurfRider" is the most visually stunning condo building on Mission Beach. It features the only jacuzzi right on the boardwalk. This property is the best in the building, one of only two, out of eleven in the building, that is right on the boardwalk on the ground-floor. No stairs, No hassle, Perfect!!
The Oceanfront Surfrider building features a copper roof, along with a combination of stainless steel,glass,slate, and stucco that make a phenomenal architectural statement. Once Inside, floor to ceiling windows with direct ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom will captivate you. Amenities include a 42" LCD HDTV, top notch stainless steel fridge, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and sheet granite counter tops.  What really sets this place off though are the waves crashing into your front yard/beach, viewed not only from your Oceanfront private patio, but also from the comfort of the livingroom couch and chairs(via the 14ft wide window), breakfast bar in the kitchen, and of course relaxing in the Master Bedroom.   My personal favorite is lying in bed at night watching a movie on the High Definition 100" Projector TV, then raising the projector screen/shade in the morning via remote control.  Once again the waves are crashing right in front of you and you can see the dolphins cruising along with the surfers, the boardwalk traffic is passing by, but no one can see you with the privacy of the one way glass in the bedroom. All of this without even getting out of bed! NICE!

People watching!!
Historic Belmont Park and Roller Coaster are just a few blocks south
along the beach. Numerous Restaurants and many shops are with
walking
distance for shopping and rentals, surf and boogie boards, bikes,
skates, jetskiis, kayaks, etc. Of course the World famous San Diego
Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Petco field, Seaworld, and Legoland are not
far either. There is also golfing, hiking, museums, fabulous malls
and sightseeing as well. But in reality you won't want to leave the
condo!
