We are a short (200yds.)stroll to one of the most magnificant  
beaches in the United States. The emerald gulf waters are in view  
from your private deck! 
     This spacious townhome has over 1,400 s.f. of modern (1998) 
features and amenities. Our townhome is over twice as large as a  
Gulf Place 1 br unit and over 300 sf larger than a 2br unit and many  
Moms appreciate not having all the commercial traffic.   
     Gulf Place shops and restaurants are only 1/4 mi. away. If your  
interested in golf, the Santa Rosa Beach and Golf Club is only a  
mile away. 
 If tennis is your  
game bring your racquets, the court is right  
out your door! 
     Beach Treat! is ideal for a family vacation or for two couples  
wanting a beach getaway. 
      Spacious 2 B/R, 2 1/2 BA townhome with carport. The property  
has twenty 2 story townhomes. 
     Two pools, each with a jacuzzi. One pool is heated in  
winter.King bed in large master bedroom with cathedral ceiling,  
master has garden tub and separate 
shower.Private deck with gulf view off of master. Two twin beds in  
second bedroom with full bath and walk in closet. 
     First floor has large kitchen with Breakfast Bar, dining area  
and pool view from living room. 
Covered Parking for two cars.

miles. 30A walking, bike path right out the door! 5 miles to  
Seaside, 7 miles to Sandestin, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytowne  
Wharf.
