Enter an island paradise less than three hours drive from Ft.
Lauderdale! Bright and sunny half duplex on Key Colony Beach's
largest canal, 200 feet wide and able to accomodate up to a 50' boat.  Enjoy the ambience created with large canal at one end of the
house and a golf course across the street.

Amenities include a gas bar-be-que grill and outside dining area.
Also noteworthy: a well-equipped kitchen, right down to the coffee
mill and tools to eat a lobster; baths will wall-mounted hair
dryers; two television sets with VHS and DVD players; books, movies
and games; and, a washer/dryer.
Public golf course is across the street. A playground, park, and
tennis courts are within a couple of blocks.
Your rental includes use of the Cabana Club, with its private beach,
swimming pool, game room and restaurant. Sunsets are great at the
public beach just a few blocks away.

Bicycles, skates and kayaks can be rented next door to the Cabana
Club. Fishing is available off the dock, or on a chartered or
rented boat across the canal. Check out the half day reef fishing
on the Marathon Lady, a couple of miles away. Other activities
available in the immediate area include snorkeling, scuba diving,
para-sailing and jet skiing.

Weekly rate: $950.00 (plus tax, cleaning fee and processing fee).
Higher rates apply during lobster season. Discount may be
negotiated for extended stays (more than two months).
The last full week of January is still available.  February and March are booked.
