Lake George Sandy Bay Cottage Awesome Location for Families in Lake George

We are located on the Cleverdale peninsula, 1 mile north of the Cleverdale Country store, and less than a mile from the Sans Souci Restaurant.   A perfect place for dining, pizza and drinks!

Our cottage has an open floor plan, with one full bath.

The Kitchen is roomy with lots of counter space and little nook with bar stools for a quaint
breakfast or snack. We include all the utensils you'll need to make
microwave popcorn or a feast.
The Living/Family Room has all the amenities of home including a
pellet stove in case the summer nights get chilly in the mountains.
We have cable TV DVD Player and Wireless High Speed Internet for
your enjoyment.

 There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds in each, dresser, and
closet, 1 bedroom with trundle style bed (2 twins), dresser and
closet. An Adirondack style futon (full/queen) offers additional sleeping for 2 located in the sunroom, a favorite spot for many!
Enjoy dining with views of Lake George from the sun room while dining, playing cards, or reading.
Windows surround this entire area and you are surrounded by
light. Sitting in the wicker chair you can see the boats coming in and out of the bay with
the mountains as a backdrop. There are many spots to sit and relax, spend
the afternoon reading a book or talking to friends.

This Cottage is on the east side of Lake George in Sandy Bay. The
summer season generally runs from early June to Mid September. The
area is completely enclosed with a stockade fence and shrubs. Sit outside on the deck or at the picnic table and enjoy the incredible views of the lake looking across to Dome Island and the Sagamore Hotel. 

Our cottage is ideal for families with
children because of the large expanse of lawn which provides plenty
of play area both in and away from the water. You can sit or fish off our dock which
extends into the beautiful Sandy Bay. (That's right It's all Sand,
No mud or weeds) The fact that the crystal clear water has been
rated one of the cleanest lakes in the world enhances the
experience. From the Dock there are steps that lead into a shallow,
sandy area which provides an excellent area for young children to
swim and play. As you walk into the water along the dock the water
is approximately 4 feet deep, making it a great spot to stand or float all day long!

Weekly rentals available from mid May through October. Rates range
from $1500 off season per week, to $2750 in season per week.
We have a dock available for a boat up to 21ft.
Security deposit is required
The Cottage is available for rent from mid May through October.
2 night minimum weekend rates available for off season, mid May
through June 17th and September 5th through October 31st
