open, airy condo overlooks a beautiful state forest and is just

to a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse events.

This jewel is fully air-conditioned, and there's a whole house fan
for those times when you prefer a fresh mountain air breeze.

Relax on the private deck, where your view is the lush foliage of
bordering woods, or in the beautifully appointed great room
featuring a fireplace, soaring cathedral ceilings, skylights, and
beautiful oak floors. Flat screen cable televisions, DVD/VCR,
Stereo/CD/Cassette
player with iPod dock provide entertainment when you're at home.
There are also
many
games and books for your enjoyment.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen opens to a large dining area that
easily accomodates 8 people or more. The gourmet kitchen includes a
coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, toaster oven,
blender,
cookware, dinnerware & utensils.

A guest suite on the main floor boasts 2 twin beds and a full bath.
The guest suite is separated from the main living area for the
privacy and comfort of you and your guests.

The oversized master suite has a queen bed, built-in vanity &
dressing areas, paddle fan, skylight, and ample closet
space.
The luxury master bath suite includes a Jacuzzi, skylight, towel
warmer, oversized shower with seat, and separate vanity area.

A study features a queen sleep sofa and will make a comfortable
extra
bedroom. There is a PC in the study with dial up internet
connection* and a

For your convenience there is an iron & ironing board, a blow dryer
in the master bath, a washer & dryer in the basement and many other
amenities. All linens and towels are provided. All you need to bring
are your clothing & personal effects.
