Vacation Rental Description

Spectacular oceanfront two bedroom, two bath Condominium right on the famous Waikiki Beach!  
Breakfast on the large lanai, 11 floors above the sand and sea. Enjoy the gentle tradewinds and  
spectacular sunsets. Check out the surf, coral reefs, and boats coming and going from nearby Ala  
Moana harbor.  
 
Each room of the condo has a magnificent view of the ocean. Take pleasure in the view of Diamond  
Head as you prepare food in the kitchen. And don’t miss the huge fireworks show from your ringside  
balcony seats on Friday evenings. Hosted by the Hilton Hawaiian Village, the display appears in the  
night sky right in front of the condo.  
 
A washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. There is a Queen bed in the Master bedroom,  
there are two twin-beds in the front bedroom --which can be combined into a king bed if you wish -  
with a sliding wall that opens the bedroom up to the living room. This is a popular design feature  
in Hawaii since it makes the condo feel more bright, airy, and open. In the living room there is a  
Queen sofa sleeper that also accommodates 2 people. Cable television in both living room and  
bedroom. Covered parking for one vehicle is also included in the rate. 
 
The Waikiki Shore is an exclusive privately held condominium, the only one directly on the Waikiki  
beach. Our paradise aerie overlooks the coconut groves and green lawns of Ft. DeRussy Park. To the  
other side are luxury hotels and outstanding restaurants, such as the five-star Halekulani Hotel,  
and the New Otani where you can brunch under the banyan tree that sheltered Robert Louis Stevenson  
as he wrote about the “sans souci” beach over a hundred years ago. Not to mention the world-class  
boutique shopping available a few steps further into town. Day and night activities are everywhere. 
 
And then there’s the beach. Bring or rent a longboard, the easiest, gentlest surf in the world is a  
short paddle directly in front of the apartment. (Board storage provided, bring your own lock.) Or  
perhaps a swim – the whole family can get in the water at this protected beach (say hello to the  
giant turtles if you see them). Or maybe you just want to curl your toes in the sand with a good  
book and a mai-tai.

Beds: Queen Bed, and the two twin beds in the second bedroom can be moved together to create a King  
bed if you wish.

Lanai: The lanai spans the entire west side of the condo with sliding doors from the Queen bedroom  
and living room. Lots of room to relax and enjoy the magnificent views of Waikiki Beach.  
Beachfront: The Waikiki Shore is the only privately owned condo property located directly on Waikiki  
Beach.  
Communications: Telephone with unlimited local calls 
There are a number of shops on the lobby level offering convenience items, spa services, and  
Internet cafe and casual/picnic foods.

Non-peak: 395/night or $2500/week, Peak: $525/night or $3500/week, Peak Holiday: $595/night or

Unit is subject to 11.96% Hotel Tax, $150 cleaning fee, $500 security deposit 
 
Minimum stay is 3 nights during non-peak periods, at least 7 nights during holiday periods.
