Grade, 1 mile from Heavenly Ski Resort, shopping, casinos and the beach.

Relax at home after a long, active day in the 8 person hot tub(new2007), propane and charcoal bar-b-que on 
the patio, play pool or just relax and sit in front of one of the two gas fireplaces 
and watch TV or listen to music.

Great for large families or lots of friends getting together.  Sure
