counter tops and is completely tiled throughout.  The unit is 
upscale and elegantly appointed.  The bathroom has an oversized 
shower with tumbled marble floor, designer cabinetry and a vessel 
sink.  The unit is an expansive 800 square feet 1 bedroom 1 bath 
unit with a large family/TV area with two couches.  The unit has its 
own separate central Heating and Air. From inside and out, you have 
a relaxing spectacular water view. The unit has a patio area, 
table, chairs and gas grill.

canal with private fishing dock and back yard. Across the street 
from the sandy fun filled beach and spectacular Gulf Sunsets.  
Madeira Beach is the way most of us remember the beach. The 
boardwalk at John's Pass is located just three blocks away and you 
will find over 50 gift and novelty shops. You will also find many 
eateries and drinking establishments. With Nightly Karaoke and more 
upscale clubbing at Scully', you can't find a better place to spend 
your time. 

Activities and Attractions

The beach is across the street.  The private residence sits directly 
on the water and has a private patio and backyard.  Great private 
fishing dock. Madeira Beach is known for its fishing and Charter 
Boats are located right outside your door.  The Marina is just two 
minutes from open water and the fishing is spectacular. John's Pass 
provides nightly entertainment. We suggest eating at DeLosa's 
Italian/Pizza Restaurant and Scully's Steak and Seafood, both 
located at John's Pass.
