Inside are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen and room to sleep up to 12 people in comfort. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and entertained with a new 46-inch wide-screen TV and home theater sound system in the great room (photo shows our previous TV). WQe have new flat-screen TVs in both the master suite and the first-floor king bedroom and all bedrooms have a TV and DVD player.

Get your exercise on the 17-mile paved bike and walking path that runs in front of the house and around the lake, then eat great seafood at Stinky's Fish Camp or the other great restaurants that are within easy walking or biking distance.

Santa Rosa Beach is a quiet, family-oriented area with no high-rise condos, yet we're only about 5 miles from Sandestin, 12 miles from Destin and about 25 miles from Panama City Beach and about 30 miles from the new Panama City Beach airport.

The luxurious master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a large TV and home theater system, and a walk-out balcony. The master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub, a double-sink vanity, and a separate shower. A second bedroom, which opens onto the balcony, has a queen-sized bed. There is a king-size bed and adjacent bathroom in the first-floor bedroom, two double bunk beds (4 total beds) in another bedroom, and a new trundle bed in the third-floor loft that can be one or two singles.

in Santa Rosa Beach. What we do have is:

• Three state parks and a huge state forest nearby.
• Art galleries.
• Tennis courts at Gulf Place and Seaside.
