privately with room for maximum of 6. Fully equipped kitchen. Great room with 52" big screen
TV and DVD player. Washer/Dryer available for your convenience. Private dock and boat slip with
access to community boat ramp. Spectacular waterfront views off the two back decks (one from the den
and one from the master bedroom). Great
for enjoying the outdoors. Within walking distance to New Bridge Store and Deli; fenced tennis
courts for community use.

Vacation Rental Rates
Check-in time is 4:00PM and check-out time is 11:00 am. Pets of any kind are not allowed
on the premises.
High season rates: May 1 - September 30... $750/week;
Low season rates: October 1 - April 30... $500/week & $400/weekend.
Security Deposit: $350 required to hold reservation and is refundable once cleared by cleaning team.
Will receive within 5-10 business days after departure. Full rent due three weeks prior to your
stay. Personal checks and/or money orders accepted.
Pre-rental cleaning inclued in price. Linens not provided.
