two nights Fri/Sat.

Low season rates: October 1 - April 30... $500/week & $400/weekend-two nights Fri/Sat
Security Deposit: $350 required to hold reservation and is refundable
once cleared by cleaning team.
Will receive within 5-10 business days after departure. Full rent
due four weeks prior to your
stay. Personal checks and/or money orders accepted.
Pre-rental cleaning inclued in price. Linens not provided but are available for an extra charge of $100.00 Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
