on the beach access. The private LARGE kidney shaped heated pool
is adjacent to the house. The pool deck also has a private enclosed
out door shower and changing room.

The interior of the house has just been newly renovated (2006) with
fresh paint, new furnishings lovely art and beach accents ... all
soothing to the eye.

The third floor has two large Master suites with private baths and
king beds. One of the Master's has a large balcony where beautiful
Gulf sunsets can be viewed. The second Master has a small nursery
attached with crib and changing table. This room also has an
intimate balcony to relax and enjoy colorful sunrises and sunsets of
the Gulf.

The second floor great room, dining room and kitchen are is a
wonderful place for gathering . This floor opens to a screened
balcony with beautiful beach views. This floor also has two queen
bedrooms.

The first floor has an additional den with ample seating for tv
watching, a kitchenette with an extra full size refridgerator and
microwave with a eating/game table for four.
This floor also has a bedroom with twins, one bedroom with a queen
and a bunk room with four singles (two bunks).

The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee makers, toasters, crock
