Coachellafest (Apr 16-18) is available @ $850/nite 2-4 guests, $950/nite 4-6 guests. Four nite minimum. There is a strict policy of 6 people maximum in the home at any time. This home is 10-12 Minutes from the Coachellafest grounds.

& Dryer, and linens are all provided. Fruit trees include, lemon,
orange & grapefruit. Quiet neighborhood, non-gated residential area.
