Vacation Rental Description

"Beach Music" is an equisitely decorated 2 BR, 3 bath home which 
offers a private, direct view of the Gulf of Mexico.  "Beach Music" 
is located beachside on Highway 30A in the community of Sunset 
Beach.  Sunset Beach is a gated community with inviting brick-paved 
avenues, lined with palm trees and professionally maintained lush 
gardens.  

The furniture and accessories of "Beach Music" have been carefully 
and thoughtfully purchased to provide a tranquil 'coastal' 
atmosphere.  The home features soothing beach colors, gas fireplace, 
Italian travertine tile floors and double French doors which lead to 
1st and 2nd floor patio's where guests can unwind outside and enjoy 
the sounds of the ocean!  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The main level of "Beach Music" features a comfortable, tastefully 
decorated living room which opens up to a fully equipped, gourmet 
kitchen with stainless steel appliances.  There is also a full size 
bathroom and a queen sofa bed that will sleep two comfortably.  A 
washer/dryer is also located on the main level, and guests will also 
enjoy a large TV and VCR.

Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor where guests will find 
hardwood floors throughout with two full baths; one BR has a queen 
size bed and the other, 2 twin beds.  Both bedrooms are decorated 
with tropical hues inspired by the sun and the sea....sun-kissed 
yellow, seashell coral and Caribbean green.   Both open up to a 
large, spacious veranda where guests enjoy a magnificent, 
unobstructed view of the crystal blue water of the Gulf of Mexico.

Activities and Attractions

Sunset Beach community includes a magnificent swimming pool 
overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. For those who prefer the beach, 
guests of "Beach Music" will be greeted each day with their own 
beach chairs and umbrella setup.  "Beach Music" is located 1 block 
west of Rosemary Beach where guests can enjoy fine dining and weekly 
artisan markets.   Bike paths lead from Sunset Beach through 
Seagrove and Seaside all the way to Blue Mountain Beach. And for the 
golfer, many golf courses suited to all skill levels await you as 
well!

Summer (May 24 thru August 16) $1800/week
Late Summer (August 16 thru September 6) $1450/week  JUST REDUCED!
Fall (September 6 thru November 1) $1250/week 
Winter (November 2 thru February 28) $950/week 
Christmas & New Years Week $1000/week or $150/night, minimum 3 nights
Winter Monthly (November 2 - February 28) $2000/month plus utilities
(11% Florida tax added to rental rate)
