Vacation Rental Description

This is a view of the beach at the end of our street (80th), and the 
street view of the townhouse.

Ours is the second townhouse from the first cross street from the 
beach, so effectively it’s a 1-block walk to the beach. That walk 
takes you past the island's premier recreation area.  That 
recreation area includes tennis courts, a ball field, a small skate 
park, basketball courts, a soccer / football field, and playground 
equipment for small children.

The townhouse is centrally air conditioned and heated, has wireless 
internet service, and 2 TV's with cable.  Each TV has a VCR, one 
also has DVD.  The appliances are new.  The inside is freshly 
painted.  Kitchen and laundry facilities are complete and full 
sized.  There is a King bed in the master (for which bedding is 
provided) and twins in the other 2.  In addition to the 2.5 baths 
there is an outside shower with both hot & cold water.

The weekly rate in the off season is $595.

The above rates include change-over cleaning upon departure.

Weekly Security Deposit $200
Non-Refundable Booking Fee $50

The longer term off-season rate is $2,000 per month and includes 
a change-over cleaning at the end of the rental period.  A “month”
can be defined as any contiguous 4-week period.

Naturally, availability is subject to confirmation at the time of 
inquiry.
