This incredible home is nested next to private wooded property with
views of Pentwater lake. This beautiful home is just moments from
the village, beaches and parks (1.5 miles). Pentwater lake is only
1/10 mile away - a five minute walk. Your nearest neighbor is over
500 feet away. Enjoy your own peaceful campfire during the evening
hours or simply relax with your friends on one of two spacious
decks. There are endless actvities to pursue. For example, go
swimming, ride mountain bikes, hike, us the kayaks. There is room
for you to park your own boat or jet skies too. Public access to the
lake is nearby. This wonderful home is new, fully furnished with
all of the necessities for a comfortable and exciting time. Food,
Beverages, Linens (3 Queen) are not provided. Please note
this is a non-smoking home. You will have to smoke outside or loose
deposite. Please remember there are only three Queen size beds, you will have to provide for additional people. I.E.
Campers or Tents.

$300 per Day, $1200 / $1700 per Week, each additional person over
six occupants, add $75 per night per additional occupant (infants, toddlers ages up to six no extra charge). Peak season is from June through September 15th. Holiday week-
end, Holiday week rates vary. E-mail for quote,availability and

June weekly rate is $1000 per week. Call for July and August
