This incredible home is nested next to private wooded property with a view of Pentwater Lake. This beautiful home is just moments from the village, beaches and parks (1.5 miles). Pentwater lake is only 1/10 mile away - a five minute walk. Your nearest neighbor is over 500 feet away. Enjoy your own peaceful campfire or simply relax with your friends on one of 2 spacious decks. For additional guests an optional pop up camper is available. Your vacation home is complete with Air Conditioning, Cable TV, DVD, Wireless Internet and is fully furnished.

Bring your own toys too!: There is room for you to park your own boat, jet skies, tents or campers. Public access to the lake is nearby.

A few advisory notes.: Please note this is a non-smoking home. You will have to smoke outside or loose deposit. Please remember there are only 3 Queen size beds. There is an optional 6 person pop up camper available for additional costs. Guests are to bring sleeping bags for use within the pop up camper. The camper is a great added adventure for kids. There is ample room for your own campers and/or tents too. We provide starter Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Laundry Soap and initial propane for the grill. 

A few Amenities: Air Conditioning, Fire pit, BBQ Grill, Picnic Table - (Great for use around the Fire Pit), Television - Basic Cable, VCR / DVD, Wireless Internet, Decks (One in back with Table and Chairs - One in front with Loungers) Washer / Dryer (Starter Laundry Detergent Provided), Paper Products ( A few things to get you started.), Beach Towels for your use. $1200 / $1700 per week during peak seasons, each additional person over
six occupants, add $55 per night per additional occupant (infants, toddlers ages up to six no extra charge). Peak season is from July 3rd, 2011 through September 11th, 2011. Holiday week-end, Holiday week, Week-end rates vary. E-mail for quote,  and for availability.

Oct. 1st, 2011 thru Dec. 3rd, 2011 weekly rate is $1200 per week.  MINIMUM stay is five nights. 

Security Deposits must be received with-in five days of receipt of rental agreement or risk cancellation of your desired reseveration.
