Islands of Kahoolawe and Molikini, or enjoy beautiful Mt. Haleakala 
looking over our gardens of fragrant plumaria trees.

Our top quality upgraded unit #D202 in Kihei Alii Kai is air-
conditioned, has inside laundry, ceiling fans, fully furnished with 
white rattan Island style furniture. A fully equipped kitchen to 
prepare any type of meal. Beach chairs, mats, and towels, umbrella, 
coolers, snorkel gear & boogie boards. Watch frolicking Whales in 
the winter months right from our lanai, its a real delight.

to enjoy a memorable vacation.

Swimming pool, spa/Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, outside showers to

Only a few steps to Kamaole Beach Park I, a perfect swimming beach 
of gentle sloping white sand and gentle waves. Perfect for families 
with young children. Near the sand are grassy shaded areas, outside 
showers and picnic areas. It's bordered by Kamaole Beaches II and 
III, which combined stretch nearly a mile and you can view 3 
different islands plus the West Maui mountains. Where you can also 
enjoy excellent snorkeling between Kamaole beaches II and III. 

At days end, watch the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets while dining on 
the lanai. For early risers, enjoy sipping your morning coffee on 
the lanai and be awestruck watching sunrises topping Mt. Haleakala 
filling the skies with reds and oranges.

Easy walk to many fine restaurants, shopping, mini-marts, deli's, 
postal services, ice cream parlor, fresh cinnamon rolls, and 3 
perfect swimming beaches, 3 of the best on Maui. Also coffee house 
with internet access.

outside showers to rinse off the sand.

World championship golf courses within a couple miles. Kayaking and 
all water sports, water falls, Maui winery tour, Submarine 
excursions, Maui’s Ocean Center, the largest aquarium in the Western 
Hemisphere, Memorable sunrises on top of Mt. Haleakala, then ride a 
bike all the way down. Hiking, swimming at the base of waterfall and 
exploring the lava flow areas.  Whale watching in the winter months.

$99 Per Night (7-27nt) -- 

High Season 12/15 - 4/15
$129 Per Night (7-27nt) -- 

Holidays Dec.20th - Jan 5th - $135 night

Discounts (5% to 15%) for repeat guests, extended stays, & last minute
specials.
Rates Based on Double occupancy. Extra guest $10 ea. Max 5 guests 

Minimum stay 5 nights – Cleaning fee $85 for less than 7 nights.
All rates quoted in US Dollars, based on 7 nights, and subject to
11.42% Hawaii Tax
All monies payable in US Funds
$300 deposit required for securing reservation ($600 for 28+ days 
reservation)
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival (low season - 60 days high 
season)
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to 
scheduled arrival (60 days in high season).
All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled 
arrival (60 in high season).
