Lovely Pool Home in Old Naples1 Block to Beach in Naples

Great location, can walk to the beach. There was a great deal of construction going on next door and across the street starting at 7AM.
Pool was warm, but not private, no privacy fence and lots of construction workers walking by while you are in the pool.
Also pool was not clean. The sliding door to the backyard and the pool was challenging to open and close. Television remote was faulty and often did not work.
The outside property was not well maintained - grass was dead and shrubs had not been trimmed.
The house was clean but in need of updating.
Owners did not address concerns when brought to their attention. They were on site for several days during our stay.
Guest house is not detached from main house and consequently there is a lack of privacy as the guest house is rented.

With updating, construction completed, installation of privacy fence, and reworking of entry to the attached studio, this could be a great rental as it is in a prime location.

Recommended for: age 55+
