vacation
getaway. It is fully furnished with numerous amenities. 3 bedrooms
and 1
bathroom are downstairs. The kitchen, great room/dining room and 1
bathroom are upstairs and are set up in open floor plan.

There is a large deck off the second floor which is perfect for a
family barbecue.

This wonderful beach house is a short drive to Aptos Village,
Capitola, Santa Cruz, and Monterey.

Cleaning and linens are included in the rental fee. Beach towels,
paper products and food/beverages are not provided.

This is a non-smoking rental. Sorry no pets are allowed.
