This 3 story, 3 bedroom, beachfront vacation villa guarantees
breathtaking views, both ocean and everglades and cool breezes
through out the day. The home is very spacious featuring deluxe
fixtures, air-conditioned bedrooms, and charming décor.

Located in the neighborhood of Uaymitun, the spot with the most
beautiful and wide beaches in the area. An easy 5 minute drive from
the fishermen village of Chicxulub, 10 from Progreso and 35 from
Mérida. Accommodates up to 6 guests.

Downstairs features the living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bath
and roofed terrace on the front. Full chef’s kitchen, very well
equipped.

2 Bedrooms on the second floor, one oceanfront and the other with a
view to the everglades. Both rooms with their own bathroom and large
balcony. Each with 2 twin beds and AC.

No other house can offer views as amazing as master bedroom does. It
opens to large balconies on both sides, beach and everglades. It
features a king size bed, A/C, mini refrigerator and full bathroom.

Rest assured you’ll have enough tanning area, the front terrace is
enormously large, it goes around pool, perfect to have some Mexican
snacks while enjoying the cool tropical breeze.

Public transportation goes by right behind the house every 20
minutes towards Chicxulub, Progreso, Mérida and Telchac. However,
having a car would be more comfortable.

The locals at Chicxulub are very friendly and you can find there
most of the services: laundry, telephone, internet, market (meat,
seafood, veggies, etc), video store, etc.

-Master king size bed, full bathroom, small fridge, 2 large
balcony.
-1 w/ 2 twin beds, full bathroom and beachfront balcony.

Front roofed terrace. Large terrace and pool and on the front.
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster,
mixer, cooking and serving utensils, dishes, silverware, etc.

Small fridge in master bedroom.
Lounge chairs.
Guardian lives right behind. He sells purified water, sodas and ice.

Seashelling, exotic birdwatching.
In the area:
Beach club where you can take wind/kite surf and sailing lessons and
has a delicious restaurant.
Fishing and scuba diving can be arranged in Chicxulub with the local
fishermen.
Mayan ruins.
18 hole golf court near by.
