Vacation Rental Description

solar).  Digitally dial the temperature you desire.  Heated spa  
(jacuzzi)& lanai. New home in prestigeous neighborhood in SW Corner  
of Cape Coral.  
Vaulted ceilings lead you into a "great room" with a wall of windows  
displaying a wonderful view of the water & pool area.   
Accommodations for up to 10:  2 Master bedroom suites with sliding  
glass doors to the pool area (each with king size beds); 3rd bedroom  
with queen bed, 4th bedroom with 2 twins.  Crib & high chair  
available & portable crib for the pool area. 2 queen size sleeper  
sofas in the livingroom. Rollaway. 
Fully equipped kitchen with full size stove, refrig, dishwasher,  
microwave, blender, mixer, formal & informal china (everything that  
you would have at home!)  Laundry room with large capacity washer &  
dryer.  Formal diningroom and kitchen breakfast nook overlooking the  
water.  10,000 lb. electric boat dock with redwood deck. 2 car  
garage & garage door opener, 5 seat pedal boat.

Special "Extras" included: pool toys (noodles,   
fishing poles, net), grill, outdoor table & chairs in the lanai,  
lounge chairs in the pool area, bicycles (4 adult, 1 child, 1  
tricycle), exercise bike, high chair, beach towels, electric mounted  
hairdryers in the bathrooms, iron & ironing board, DVD, VCR & video  
library, 3  
color TVs, stereo, CD player, portable stereo for pool area.  You  
may  
rent a boat to be dropped off in the backyard boat dock for your  
pleasure. Fishing is available off the dock. Kitchen is full- 
serviced. Table service for 12 plus complete with champagne glasses  
to plastic pool cups.  Formal table linens & china.

home of the Fort Myers Miracles baseball farm team.  2 Hours to  
Busch  
gardens, 45 mins to the Florida Everglades for air boat rides, 3 l/2

$119.00 PER NIGHT (7 NIGHT MINIMUM)FOR THESE DATES: 
Oct. 13 - Oct. 20, 2008 
Oct. 20 - Oct. 27, 2008 
Please add $130 cleaning fee and standard FL. tax. 
 
 
PLEASE MENTION OUR INTERNET DISCOUNTED RATES: 
May 1 - November 1: (Low season) Rates are $850-$1300.00 per week  
plus tax & cleaning. (Sept. (early weeks) $850.00, late  
September 900.00; Most other low season  
weeks are $1000-1300.  Memorial Day week is $1100.00, 4th of July  
week is $1300 per week). 
November 2- April 30:(High season): Rates are $1300-1700.00  
(depending on the popularity of the week) per  
week plus tax & cleaning. Please ask for our best rate. 
Holidays:  Christmas & New Year's week: Rates are $1700 per week  
plus tax & cleaning. 
Holidays:  President's week:  Rates are $1600 per week plus tax &  
cleaning. 
Special discounts:  Special monthly rates if stay is 4  
or more weeks! 
Security deposit required.   Last minute specials possible. 
Rates are based on up to 6 occupants. Additional $8 per day  
additional occupant up to a total of 10. Please ask us for our "best  
rate" for your group! Fl. taxes are 11% and cleaning fee is $130.00.
