with queen bed, 4th bedroom with 2 twins. Crib & high chair
available & portable crib for the pool area. 2 queen size sleeper
sofas in the livingroom. Rollaway.
Fully equipped kitchen with full size stove, refrig, dishwasher,
microwave, blender, mixer, formal & informal china (everything that
you would have at home!) Laundry room with large capacity washer &
dryer. Formal diningroom and kitchen breakfast nook overlooking the
water. 10,000 lb. electric boat dock with redwood deck. 2 car
garage & garage door opener. Use of owner's bike & pedal boat.

Special "Extras" included: pool toys (noodles,
fishing poles, net), grill, outdoor table & chairs in the lanai,
lounge chairs in the pool area, bicycles (4 adult, 1 child, 1

may
rent a boat to be dropped off in the backyard boat dock for your

May 1 - November 1: (Low season) Rates are $900-$1300.00 per week
plus tax & cleaning. (Sept. (early weeks) $900.00, late
September 900.00; Most other low season
weeks are $1000-1300. Memorial Day week is $1100.00, 4th of July
week is $1200 per week).
November 2- April 30:(High season): Rates are $1300-1700.00
(depending on the popularity of the week) per
week plus tax & cleaning. Please ask for our best rate.
Holidays: Christmas & New Year's week: Rates are $1700 per week
plus tax & cleaning.
Holidays: President's week: Rates are $1600 per week plus tax &
cleaning.
Special discounts: Special monthly rates if stay is 4
or more weeks!
Security deposit required. Last minute specials possible.
Rates are based on up to 8 occupants. Additional $8 per day
additional occupant up to a total of 10. Please ask us for our "best
rate" for your group! Fl. taxes are 11% and cleaning fee is $130.00.
