Kamaole Sands is a beautiful, South Kihei resort, located directly across from Kamaole III Beach. 
The resort consists of 15 acres of lush tropical gardens, 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzi spas, 4 tennis courts, 
fitness center, 2 activities centers, gas BBQ’s, beautiful gardens, ponds & fountains.

Located at the gateway to Wailea, Kamaole Sands has been voted as the #1 condominium resort in S. 
Kihei. It's ideal location, spacious grounds, and complete amenities make Kamaole Sands the ideal 
resort for your Maui vacation.

World class golf, shopping, dining, and ocean activities are all just a short walk or drive. Maui's 
best beaches are less than a 1 minute walk from your front door. These are beautiful, golden sandy 
beaches, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, and romantic sunset strolls.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Newly Remodeled, Air conditioned, 1BR/2BA condo, with fully equipped kitchen. The condo comfortably 
sleeps 6. King bed, 2 queen sleeper sofas, 2 children's trifold futons, designer ceiling fans, 2 
cable TV's, DVD, wireless high speed internet, & stereo CD player. All linens and towels included. 
Washer and dryer is located in the unit. We also provide beach chairs, cooler, & beach towels for 
your enjoyment. Parking is free.

Gorgeous golden sandy beaches, world championship golf in nearby Wailea, shopping, and restaurants 
are all nearby. Tennis, horseback riding, whale watching, swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, 
surfing, windsurfing, sailing, parasailing, fishing, Mt. Haleakala, bike riding, hiking, Maui Ocean 
Center Aquarium, marine preserve & Maui Botanical Gardens.

$250.00 security deposit
10% discount for 30 nights during Value Season.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations 90 days or 
more from check-in. There is a $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & Value 
Seasons. A $250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for 
cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. 
Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
