King bed, 2 queen sleeper sofas, designer ceiling fans, new flat screen cable TV's, DVD, wireless high speed internet. All  linens and towels included. Washer and dryer is located in the unit.  We also provide beach cooler & beach towels for your enjoyment. Parking is reserved and free.

Gorgeous golden sandy beaches, world championship golf in nearby Wailea, shopping, and restaurants are all nearby. Tennis, horseback riding, whale watching, swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing,

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations greater than 90 days from
check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00
fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund
for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a
comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be
prorated less a $100 processing fee.
