Rentals in St. Augustine Florida Four Winds Unit D-8. Remodeled Unit 
Sure to Please!  We offer weekly, monthly, long-term rentals, and 
some daily rentals.  We're located in the well-maintained Four Winds 
Condominums Resort on South Anastasia Island.  

Available for your enjoyment is this beachside, poolside unit on the 
east side of A1A on Crescent Beach, Florida near St. Augustine.  

Beautifully remodeled and redecorated, 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, 1290 
square foot townhouse. Renovations and new furniture were completed 
in January, 2006. This spacious unit is a privately owned vacation 
home and furnished with everything you will need to make your stay a 
pleasant and memorable one.  A short walk on the boardwalk puts you 
on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.  Enjoy the beauty 
and relaxation of white sandy beaches from your ocean-view, private 
balcony overlooking one of two heated pools.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a built-in microwave, 
dishwasher, and stove.  A brand new full size washer/dryer.  The 
master bedroom has an ocean view, a king-size bed, TV with cable and 
DVD/VHS player and private bathroom.  The second bedroom has an 
intracoastal view, twin beds, TV with cable and DVD/VHS player and 
its own bathroom.  The rooms are furnished with new comforters 
and linens.    We provide all linens, including beach towels, as 
well as beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys.  

Amenities to make your vacation truly enjoyable include a 51" big 
screen TV, GameCube system with 4 controllers, DVD/VHS players in 
the great room & each bedroom.  Two heated pools, 3 walkways to the beach, outdoor showers, tennis 
court, shuffleboard, basketball court, putting green, horseshoes and 
boat parking.  The beach is wide, expansive and uncrowded regardless 
of the time of year.  The grounds are manicured and well maintained.
We are 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine, 45 minutes from 
Daytona, 1 hour from Jacksonville, and 1-1/2 hours from Disney.

Your reservation at "Tropical Paradise" can be made by emailing or 
calling the owners.  We will need your name, mailing address, phone 
number and the dates you wish to reserve.  Our phone number is 904-
819-9782.  Check-in is anytime after 4 PM on Saturday and check-out 
is by 10 AM on Saturday.  Credit cards are accepted upon request.

Rates:
Fall/Winter Special Rates for 2 guests- Sept. 4 thru Jan 31- $579 per week/$1179 per 
month + tax and cleaning fee.  $250 weekend specials (total cost.)
$15 credit card fee applies.  $250 security deposit on all rentals.
These special rates are for 2 guests.  Add $5 per night for each additional guest.  All other rates listed below 
are for up to six guests.

Feb 1 to Feb 28 $700 per week/2120 per month/Daily $125

Spring rates - Mar 1 thru Apr 25 - $855 per week/$2420 per month/Daily $150

Late Spring rates - Apr 26 thru May 29 - $650 per week/$2250 per 
month/Daily $105 

Memorial Day rate - $555 for the 3 day weekend - Flexible check in 
and check out dates

Summer rates - June 2 thru Aug 8- $990 per week/$3960 per 
month/Daily $185

Late Summer rates - Aug 9 thru Aug 28 - $750 per week/$2420 per 
month/Daily $115 plus tax and cleaning fee.

Labor Day Weekend - $480 for the 3 day weekend + tax and cleaning 
fee - Flexible check in and check out dates.

Fall/Winter rates - Sept. 4 thru Dec. 31- $579 per week/$1179 per 
month + tax and cleaning fee.  $250 weekend specials for 2 guests (total cost.)
$15 credit card fee applies.  $250 security deposit on all rentals.  This special rate is for up to 2 guests.  Each 
additional guest is $5 per night.  GA/FL Weekend is a 3-day minimum.  Thanksgiving Week is a 4-day minimum.

Winter rates 2009- January 1 thru Feb 28  - $770 per week/$2120 per 
month/Daily $125

**Three Month Special $5717 for Jan - Mar 2009 (Total $6300 with tax and 
cleaning fee for all 3 months)**




Add:
$65 Cleaning Fee plus 6% sales tax
$250 Security Deposit per unit of stay ($7.55 fee on deposits charged to credit card)
9% sales tax will be added to all rental amounts. 

Security Deposit is due upon confirmation of rental. The deposit is 
fully refundable after your stay pending key return and inspection 
of the premises.  Refunds are usually mailed within three (3) days. 
Deposit is not refundable if your stay is cancelled.

Rent and cleaning fee plus applicable taxes are due 30 days prior to 
your arrival. Otherwise, rental will be reopened to others. Sorry, 
but once paid these fees are not refundable unless we are able to 
rent the unit to others after your cancellation.

Renter must be at least 25 years old.
No pets allowed.
No Smoking.
