Vacation Rental Description

Luxury/loaded 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a 108 unit condo complex 
complete with pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, canoes & kayaks for 
free checkout and the Gulf of Mexico famed Bowman's Beach!  Condo is 
an oversize unit (of of a few in the condo complex) and offers larger space in the livingroom and 
2nd bedroom.  All rooms are spacious and offers 1480 sq. feet of space!  Floor plan is set up so 
that bedrooms are on opposite ends of the "great room" (livingroom 
and formal diningroom area).  Private master bedroom suite with king 
size bed, phone, reading chair & table, color TV, walk in closet & bath with tub, shower & 
electric mounted hairdryers.  2nd bedroom with 2 queen size beds, 
crib (free use), walk in closet & rollaway.  Livingroom with color 
TV, DVD, VCR & video library, stereo, queen sleeper sofa.  Fully 
equipped kitchen with full size flat ceramic top stove, refrig (with icemaker), 
dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, mixer, juicer 
(for your FL. orange juice), champagne glasses, pantry (anything 
that you would have in your home)!  Complete laundry room off the kitchen 
in the unit. Formal dining with glass table & chandelier or informal 
kitchen island dining with bar stools. Total of 3 color Tv's in unit.  Outdoor table & chairs on the 
porch for outdoor dining.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Extras include:  bikes (2 adult-2 
childrens), beach chairs, beach towels, tennis rackets, pool toys 
(noodles, sand pails, etc.), video library with over 
100 films, fully equipped linens, pots & pans, games, blender, mixer, electric frypan, electric 
juicer, icemaker in refrigerator, booster chair.

2008 & 2009 rates:**

PLEASE MENTION OUR SPECIAL INTERNET DISCOUNTED RATES:  
Jan. 5-Jan. 12:  $995.00 per week
Jan. 12-Jan. 26:  $1100 per week
Jan. 26-Feb. 9:  $1200 per week
Feb. 9-April 26:  $1550-$1750 per week (depending on the week, please ask!)
President's week:  $1650 per week
May 1-September 3:  $795-900 per week
Sept. 3-Oct. 1:  $700 per week
Oct. 1-Thanksgiving week:  $795 per week
Thanksgiving week:  $900 per week
Thanksgiving through the week before Christmas:  $795 per week
Christmas and New Year's weeks:  $1700 per week 
**Based upon a maximum 6 person occupancy. Security deposit required 
to reserve the unit.  Standard FL tax of 11% is added to the rental 
rate as required everywhere in Lee County, FL. Registration fee is $35.00.
