High season weeks (February 1 - May 1:  $1680 per week plus the standard FL. tax & reg. fee.

Shoulder season rates:  (January 4- February 1):  $1100 per week plus the standard FL. tax & reg. fee.

**Based upon a maximum 6 person occupancy. Security deposit required
to reserve the unit. ($300) or 30% of the base rental rate (whichever is greater).   Standard FL tax of 11% is added to the rental
rate as required everywhere in Lee County, FL. Registration fee is $39.00.
