There are two major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation.  The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. A booking/security fee of 25% ($250 minimum) is required at the time of
reservation and is fully refundable upon check-out. Payment in full is due two weeks prior
to occupancy. Major credit card, electronic check/bank draft, and
money order/cashier's check are accepted for payment.

*All electronic payments will incur a small, refundable processing fee.
