Vacation Rental Description

2 BR, 2 BA upper level condo appointed with southwest decor located in the Pointe Resort 
community with full-size patio/balcony overlooking the community and views of palm 
trees and mountains in the background.  Modern 1088 SF floor plan places the 2 
bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room.  The open kitchen/dining area 
and 9 foot ceilings throughout create a feeling of space and openness.  Carpet and 
ceramic tile floors.  Can sleep up to 4 comfortably with a queen and 2 twin-size beds (or 5 
with optional aerobed).  
  
The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE 
of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs.  The grounds 
contain 3 pools, 3 spas, and tennis and basketball courts.   Nearby is the North Mountain 
Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking  trails.  Ten golf courses are within a 
7 mile radius.  The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a 
convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer.  Great vacation spot for couples, 
families and golf enthusiasts!

A booking/security fee of 25% ($250 minimum) is required at the time of 
reservation and is fully refundable upon check-out.  Payment in full is due two weeks prior 
to occupancy.  Major Credit Card, Electronic Check/Bank Draft, Travelers Checks, and 
Money Order/Cashier's Check are accepted for payment. 

*** All electronic payments will incur a small, refundable processing fee.
