with SIX MONTH LEASE - NO EXCEPTIONS 

Conditions of Rental: 
    2 Months Security Deposit required and held in escrow for damage, returned at owners discretion
    All payments will be completed before end of August 
    Security deposit will not be refunded for withdrawal prior or during lease


Low Season Vacation Rates $3,000 per month   MAY - JUNE  - JULY - AUG -  SEPT - OCT  
with THREE MONTH LEASE - NO EXCEPTIONS 

Conditions of Rental: 
    2 Months Security Deposit required and held in escrow for damage, returned at owners discretion
    All payments will be completed 1 month before occupancy
    Security deposit will not be refunded for withdrawal prior or during lease

High & Low Seasonal Rentals Include ALL UTILITIES AND FEES (electricity, water, trash, DirecTV - will 
add HBO for long lease) hoa, club house/pool, use of fishing pond.

Annual Rental Contract - $2,600 per month;   Utilities are NOT INCLUDED

Conditions of Rental:
