Tarpon Springs is a wonderful Greek village known for its great food
and world-famous sponge divers! You can stroll through the village,
or visit the charming downtown district with its shops and
restaurants.
We are about one half hour from Clearwater Beach, where you will find
parasailing, jet skiing, Pirate Ship Cruises and many other
activities. North about 20 minutes is a gambling/casino boat in
Port Richey. Busch Gardens is about 1 hour
Disney World, Pleasure Island, Epcot and all the other Parks in
Orlando are approximately 2 hours away.

$2300/mo Apr.-May, Sep.-Dec.
$1800/mo Jun.-Aug.

A refundable security deposit of 1/2 the rental rate is due at time
of booking. Full payment is due 30 days before check-in. Cashier's
check, and money orders are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation within 30-days of arrival will
result in forfeiture of the Refundable Security Deposit.

Fees: 12% tax on rentals less than 6 months, $100 cleaning fee at end
of stay.
