Beautiful beach condo that is steps away from the beach. Located
between the Intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. This beach
has the blue-est water as well as one of the most recognized
lighthouses on the entire East Coast. Sit out on the private balcony
and listen to the cool ocean breeze. King size bed in master, and
a small rollaway cot bed. . Jupiter is centrally located. West Palm
Beach International Airport is just 15 miles away. Ft.
Lauderdale is 45 miles south, and Miami about 70 miles. Off the
turnpike just 130 miles to the northwest, is Orlando. Enjoy a
breathtaking stay in total comfort and you'll be sure to be
back!

This unit has Natuzzi leather sofa, love seat, and chair.
Dining room table to seat 6, & an addition 3 bar stools at the corian counter top bar area.

Play golf on one of the many world class golf courses which is just
minutes away.
Walk the beach and watch the enormous Loggerhead turtles lay eggs at

Go Deep sea fishing out of Jupiter Inlet marina one mile north.
Rent your own boat and cruise up and down the Intracoastal waterway

$800 to 1000 per month, off season depends on length of stay (April, May, June, July, August)
$1150 to $1250 per month depending on length of stay, Mid season (September, October, November)
$2800 to $3200 per month,High season-depending on length of stay
(December, January, February, March)
Minimum stay of one month. Rates include local phone, electricity
upto $50/month, cable, and water.
A $500 security deposit upon acceptance will secure the condo.
Deposit will be fully refundable if contract is cancelled before 90
days prior to lease. Non-refundable within 90 days of lease. First
and last month rent due 30 days prior to occupying condo. Security
deposit will be refunded at time of departure. Small dogs allowed,
however, a non-refundable pet fee of $250 will apply in addition to
security deposit.   There is also a $75 exit cleaning fee, and a fee collected by the association of $100 for a parking permit ( an applicaiton is required with a copy of the lease, and all tenants are required to meet with the JORC office upon arrival).
