Spectacular bi-level condo with over 1500 square feet on the ocean
in the incomparable Amelia Island Plantation. The building has its
own large pool with protected sundeck and BBQ area, all overlooking
the ocean. We are also just a few minutes from the resort's beach
club. The upstairs has been completely renovated with new Italian
tile throughout, new kitchen cabinets and granite countertop as well
as beautiful new furniture in the dining and living rooms. It is
spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, and living room
upstairs. Downstairs, newly carpeted in 2011, are the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. A washer and dryer are downstairs as well. In the living room is a sleep sofa that opens to a full size bed. Computer with broadband internet connection included!  Widescreen hi-def TV with surround sound in the living room.
