four unit building in Royal Harbor, less than five minutes from 
downtown Naples' Fifth Avenue South shopping and dining district. 
This unit includes all the amenities needed for a very comfortable 
stay including all appliances, a bar, a dining room, an indoor 
Jacuzzi tub and a screened balcony overlooking the pool, outdoor 
Jacuzzi and canal. Additionally, for boat lovers, a boat slip/dock 
is INCLUDED and will accommodate up to a 26 foot vessel.

The combination of a beautiful design, an unbeatable location, a 
lovely pool/Jacuzzi area and private boating facility will provide 
you with all the comforts needed to enjoy your stay in the Naples 
area.
