The foyer, dining room, kitchen and living area feature ceramic tile
flooring and all bedrooms have carpet. The kitchen and master
bath have granite countertops.
The master has a king bed, TV, and sliders open to the balcony,
The large balcony extends from the living area as well as the
master bedroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and
TV. The third bedroom is perfect for children of all ages. It has 2
sets of full / twin bunk beds with adjoining bathroom. It has a TV
with DVD player and many board games. The living area has a new 60"
flat screen HDTV with surround sound big with DVD player.
The Tides is am impeccably maintained gated community featuring
three gorgeous pools and jacuzzis. There are gas grills for your
personal and entertaining needs. The beautiful clubhouse has a
