Beautiful, four bedroom waterfront retreat with approximately 60 ft
dockage alongside the canal on the bayside. This casually elegant
home is fully furnished and equipped, and enjoys an excellent
location at MM101, just down the street from John Pennekamp Park,
Swim with the Dolphins, Publix Supermarket and several restaurants
and shopping centers. The location could not be better! Quiet cul-de-
sac street and fenced yard provide seclusion for your family. About
six blocks or so down the road, you have access to a members only
private community beach and boat ramp!!!

Casa Cayo Largo is furnished in a Pottery Barn-esque, casual beach
style. The Ralph Lauren furniture includes a sea grass chair,
sleeper sofa and down loveseat. The leather dining chairs are
modern yet very comfortable and we get lots of compliments on the
quality of the mattresses. Please see the photos for a better idea.

The main floor features tile floors, a very large, screened balcony -
perfect for alfresco dining, ceiling fans, central A/C, etc. There
is a stunning modern kitchen complete with concrete countertops and
top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances such as a Maytag
Refrigerator, GE Profile Dishwasher, Microwave, Convection Oven and
Maytag Washer and Dryer in their separate utility closet.

Also on the main floor are two bedrooms (with ridiculous amounts of
closet space) and a full bath (shower only, no tub). The first
bedroom, the ‘dream room’, has a sweet, whimsical décor of sage
green and lavender, pretty stenciling on the closet doors – perfect
for a young couple or little girl. The room has a full size bed and
night table. The second bedroom on the main floor features a navy
and red nautical décor and contains a full bed and a set of twin
size bunk beds. Perfect for teens, boys, a family or tossing all
the kids in one room. There is also a large walk in closet (adjoins
the dream room).

The top (third) floor has thick, luxurious carpets, and is full of
light from various sunlights. The master suite has a king size bed
and a large, wood armoire with TV and DVD player. The master also
features a private sundeck with sheer curtains, nice for coffee in
the morning. The former loft (which has been enclosed) is the other
upstairs room and our fourth bedroom. It offers a queen size bed,
dressing table, and separate closet and small balcony. The Master
and fourth bedroom share a bath on the hall (with a tub, of course).

Enjoy your vacation on the enormous deck, sipping drinks from the
hammock or watching the visiting manatees from the dock. There is
also a huge Florida Room which is a very large screened recreation
area (with PING PONG table) on the ground floor and separate
efficiency (with private bath
with shower and kitchenette) perfect for teenagers, college
students, in-laws or extended family. This efficiency always rents
with the house and could be considered a fifth bedroom, or simply,
the party room.
