RATES are for TWO people
Weekdays and weekends:
  Summer: $230 per night; $1380 week (7th night free!)
  Winter: $210 per night; $1,260 week (7th night free!)
  Holidays: $250 per night; $1,500 week (7th night free!)
  Children under 12 stay free!

PLUS:
  $15 per night for each additional guest
  11% Mendocino Bed Tax
  $80 to $100 Cleaning Fee depending on length of stay
  $20 hot tub fee (refundable if not used)
  $100 refundable security deposit.
  Pets welcome with additional $100 refundable security deposit.
