Vacation Rental Description

Luxury 3 bedroom 2.5 bath oceanfront condo directly on the Atlantic  
Ocean, fully secured gated community. Surf Club 2. Only 1 hour from  
Orlando attractions and 1 hour from the Kennedy Space Center. 20  
minutes to historic St. Augustine, 10 minutes to Palm Coast and only  
30 minutes to Daytona Beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the  
Atlantic  
ocean from your private master bedroom or great room. Watch dolphins  
swim by or just enjoy the beauty of the ocean from your private  
balcony. Full fitness cneter with free weights and treadmills etc.   
3 swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts and suffleboard  
court are part of the property. Access to intercoastal for some  
fishing or watching the yachts travel down the intercoastal on a  
private dock is also part of the community.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished with queen size beds in the master bedroom and the  
second bedroom, bedroom #3 has two twins. The condo also has a full  
clubhouse with a library for some quiet time reading. Underground  
and  
above ground parking available. Living room includes a 55 inch "BIG  
SCREEN HIGH DEFINITION TELEVISION" for your enjoyment. Kitchen  
includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwahsr,  
blender, all dishes, silverware, glasses etc. Everything you will  
need. All bedrooms have TV's with cable connection. Granite  
countertops, jacuzzi in master bath, upgraded carpet (Berber) and  
upgraded cabinets. The balcony is equipped with comfortable patio  
chairs and a table to enjoy.

Activities and Attractions

Steps away from the beach. Surf fishing and intercoastal waterway  
fishing on the prmises. Local charters available. Numerous golf  
courses nearby. Close to all Orlando attractions in adddition to  
Daytona, Jacksonville, Ocala and the Kennedy Space Center. Orlando  
international airport is approximately 1 hour away. Nature paths and  
state parks within walking distance. New Pool for children just  
completed on June 1, with large sand play area for kids in addition  
to full cook-out facitilites. Several great restaurants nearby in  
St.  
Augustine in addition to tourist attractions.

Vacation Rental Rates

New Lower Rates, New Lower Rates::::: 
January through April Min. rental period four weeks. 
Spring/Summer: May-October: full month 2,000.00. 
Winter: November- April: full month 2,200.00.  
Effective August 1, 2008 a 10% state of Florida hotel tax must be collected. 
Security deposit required $500.00 fully refundable.  
85.00 Cleaning Fee per rental period.
