located in one of the best neighborhoods in Delray.  Tropical 
ambiance & colorful style of Southern Florida & Key West. One block 
from the beach and downtown Delray's famous trendy Atlantic Avenue & 
the Intercoastal Waterway.

Immaculately maintained with all the comforts of home.

SORRY-- No smoking allowed in the apartment - outside o.k.

2008 - prices: 
Off-Season (april thru december):
Monthly- $1,950/- (for longer periods - let's talk), weekly - $ 750/-
 minimum 2 weeks

2008/09 - prices:
In-Season (january thru march):
Monthly: $4,000 
weekly - $ 1,400 - 1,550 - please inquire (depends on week required)
