3 bedrooms and 4 baths: The first bedroom has a King size bed,
private bath and Cable TV. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, a
full futon, a private bath and Cable TV. The third bedroom has a
Full size bed, a full futon, Cable TV, VCR, and Nintendo. The 3rd
bathroom and laundryroom are also on this level.

The main floor is separate from all the sleeping areas: 4th
bath, large fully equipped kitchen and dining area (seats 2-8). The
living room has a fireplace, Cable TV, VCR, CD, and plenty of comfy
seating (couch, 2 love seats, 2 chairs).

Lake views! Large decks overlooking the lake! Barbeque. Fireplace.

Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, bean grinder, coffee
maker, etc... Always fully stocked with soaps, paper towels, spices,
coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Soaps, bath tissues provided.

Laundry room, soaps provided

Cable TV in every room! VCR, CD, Nintendo, video library, games and
books for "kids" of all ages.

Lake access in front of the house via "Cove Landing." You may beach
your boat during daytime hours (not overnight). Large parking area
can accomodate boat trailer, cul de sac location for easy turn-
around. Two free launch sites on the north shore of Big Bear Lake.
