Vacation Rental Description

     This unique 2,500 sq ft house is nestled in the Pinetop
mountains.  The 
house has a great view as it sits on a hill.  It features two 
fireplaces one in the living area and the other in the master 
suite. 
     It has a full gas kitchen with all new appliances.  The 
countertops are granite and blend with the log finish/ rock
fireplaces/wood flooring on 
the interior /exterior of the house. 
     There is a master suite with a 
full spa bath and walk in shower.  Large walk in closet too!.  There 
is a loft upstairs as well as a full bath and 2 full bedrooms.  
     Wrap around outdoor deck with gas grill/utinsels and table/chairs.

Vacation Rental Rates

A reasonable rate will and can be negotiated in off season times 
which are "off" holiday.    We can rent 
daily with a minimum of 3 days.  The day 
rate is below pr night.   All with a deposit.  This will be 
cashed/cleared and returned when the visit 
is complete and all is in order.  A cleaning fee of $85. will be 
retained.    Monthly $4,000.
210/night -1300/wk Nov 1-March 31 excluding holidays 
215/night-1400/wk April 1- Oct 31 excluding holidays 
235/night-1500/wk holidays (3 night minimum)  -
Thanksgiving,Christmas, New Years, Memorial day, July 4th, Labor 
Day, Easter, Hanukkah, Passover
