        Our complex is located directly on the beach.  

     Enjoy our two newly renovated pools (the one on our side is 
heated year round!) 

Yes, you walk right out the condo, past the pool and down to the 
beach we DO NOT go over a "walk over" and you do not cross any BUSY 
streets! And...YES you do have a limited view of the ocean from inside
the condo and also from the balcony.

and within walking distance to shopping and resturants. Our unit is a 
second story end unit with a private balcony, covered parking and 
just a few steps to the lanudry and YEAR ROUND heated pool.

several wonderful resturants.

Completely stocked with linens, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie 
boards and childrens beach toys. Everything you'll need for beach,

Master bedroom has a king size bed, 26" TV, and new Bassett furn. and 
Second bedroom has queen size bed. 
WINTER 2006 BOTH BEDROOMS HAVE NEW PLUSH CARPET AND 
WOOD PLANTATION SHUTTERS!

Living room has new queen size leather sleeper sofa, new 20 inch 
tile, two new recliners,coffeetable, lamps, 27" TV, VCR, DVD 
including lots of videos. 
 
Dining area also decorated in the Tommy Bahama style.
 
Kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded GE appliances, ICE MAKER and 
includes over the stove microwave.

All linens and towels provided.

Located just a little over an hour from Disney, Seaworld, 
Univeral Studios, & only 20 mins from Daytona and New Symrna Speedways

      $900. per week + Cleaning fee + tax*

$200.00 deposit is required to guarantee reservation for one week.   
$300.00 deposit for 3 week reservation
