Living room has 43 in large screen with dvd player, some dvd's included, leather sofa with queen size hide a bed and two tropical style reclining chairs.

Master bedroom has king size bed, and a 32 in. flat screen tv

2nd bedroom has queen bed and Tommy Bahama style furniture and a 26in flat screen TV

We have what is called a direct  "limited" ocean view meaning you will have a limited view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room and dining rooms.  Our view is looking out across the pool, courtyard to the ocean whereas so many "oceanview condos" are views only from outside looking off the balcony.

We are located in a very charming and unique lowrise (not a highrise) courtyard complex where all balconys face into a lovely yard (courtyard) with grass, blooming tropical plants, the pool area and then looks out to the ocean.  It's not the typical all concrete area that you find in a larger complex which gives it the charm.  We are located on the 2nd (top floor).  There are no elevators.

JB's Fish Camp --the food's not our favorite but the atmosphere is wonderful outside
