For your comfort there is also a 32´ LCD-TV with broadband cable, second TV in master bedroom, DVD-player, Stereo system, telephone, Highspeed Internet, cooker and microwave available. All roomes are air conditioned.
Bed linen, bedspreads for cold days and towels are included. Beach
toys guarantee bathing fun. Four new bikes invite you for
discovering the area. The sunny and central position in the Southwest
of Cape Coral guarantees short distances. Shopping facilities are
nearby. The Sun-Splash-Waterpark and sandy beaches of Fort Myers can
be reached easily and quickly within minutes with your rental car.

with large glass table and six chairs. Generous living room with
comfortable couch and table, suite and glass table on the terrace.
Washing machine and tumble-drier. Direct access to pool / terrace
from master bedroom, large walk-in shower, second bathroom with tub
and shower. Walk-in closets in all sleeping rooms. All rooms are air-
conditioned, heatable and equipped with ceiling fans and lights.
Charming pool with waterfall, dolphin pictures, illumination and
solar heating. Well-kept garden, screened terrace.

May 2nd - September 30 2012 = 105 per night / 2 Adults

October 1st - December 14th 2012 = 110 per night / 2 Adults

Notes to the rental rates:

The stated price is valid per property and night  by occupancy with 2 adults.

Each additional person plus $ 15 per night in high season (12/16/2011 - 05/01/2012) and $ 10 / adult per night in between.

One child up to the age of 12 will stay for free! Special child rate (up to 12 years):        Only $ 25 per week.

All rental rates plus local taxes (6% Florida-State-Tax, 5% Tourism-Tax, 11% in total).  
Rental fee includes Check in / check out by Property Management, city water and sewer, local phone calls, high speed Internet access (WiFi) and cable TV as well as pool- and garden maintenance.

Only usage of electricity will be charged extra with $ 0,15 per Kilowatt hour.
Minimum booking period - One week / 7 nights.

Flexible arrival and departure possible by agreement with owner and /
or Property Management.

Baby bed, baby phone, highchair and cot can be provided on your request.

We recommend to purchase a prepaid phone card for national and international calls trough our home phone.

$ 150 Cleaning- and Service fee due to arrival to local Property Management.

If barbecue should be delivered dirty upon departure we will charge
an extra cleaning fee of $ 35.

We also recommend a security deposit of $ 350 to the owners bank
account or by check to the local Property Management.
Balance will be refund at Check out by Property Management.

We strongly recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
