For your comfort there is also a 32´ LCD-TV with broadband cable, second TV in master bedroom, DVD-player, Stereo system, telephone, Highspeed Internet, cooker and microwave available.
Bed linen, bedspreads for cold days and towels are included. Beach
toys guarantee bathing fun. Four new bikes invite you for
discovering the area. The sunny and central position in the Southwest
of Cape Coral guarantees short distances. Shopping facilities are
nearby. The Sun-Splash-Waterpark and sandy beaches of Fort Myers can
be reached easily and quickly within minutes with your rental car.

with large glass table and six chairs. Generous living room with
comfortable couch and table, suite and glass table on the terrace.
Washing machine and tumble-drier. Direct access to pool / terrace
from master bedroom, large walk-in shower, second bathroom with tub
and shower. Walk-in closets in all sleeping rooms. All rooms are air-
conditioned, heatable and equipped with ceiling fans and lights.
Charming pool with waterfall, dolphin pictures, illumination and
solar heating. Well-kept garden, terrace area with a screen
(protection from insects) and two outside doors. Directly positioned
at the fresh water canal (no access to the Gulf of Mexico, no boat

Notes to the rental rates:

The stated price is valid per property and night  by occupancy with 2 adults. Each additional person plus $ 15 per night in high season (12/01/2009 - 04/30/2010) and $ 10 per night in between. One child up to the age of 8 will stay for free! Special child rate: Only $ 49 per week. All rental rates plus local taxes (11% in total).  
City water and sewer, local phone calls, Wireless High speed Internet access
and cable TV as well as pool- and garden maintenance are included!
Only usage of electricity will be charged extra with $ 0,15 per Kilowatt hour.
Minimum booking period is one week, in high season two weeks.
Flexible arrival and departure possible by agreement with owner and /
or Property Management.

Usage of gas barbecue for free, gas has to be bought by tenant if
required. You can use 4 new bikes for free to explore the area.
Highchair and cot can be provided on request.

We recommend you to buy a phone card for national and international calls. High Speed Internet Access (Broadband - Wireless LAN)) available for free.
Additional costs: $ 185 Cleaning- and Service fee, to be paid after
arrival to the local Property Management.
If barbecue should be delivered dirty upon departure we will charge
an extra cleaning fee of $ 35.
We also recommend a security deposit of $ 350 to the owners bank
account or by check to the local Property Management.
Balance is refundable directly after check out by local Property Management.
