Vacation Rental Description

This two bedroom, two bathroom plus den ground level, end unit with  
easy access to unlimited golf is a great place to escape from the  
winter. 
 
Spring Run at The Brooks is a gated country club community with a  
private 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, swimming pools, club  
house and miles of landscaped walking and biking trails.  Designed  
by Gordon Lewis, the golf course is great for players of all  
abilities and has five sets of tees playing from 4,500 to 7,000  
yards.  Off season - you can also play at more than 40 reciprocal  
clubs in the area.  The tennis courts are also newly re-surfaced  
"har-try" courts.  Residents also enjoy functions such as concerts,  
social events and hobby group meetings throughout the season.  
 
Our unit is a professionally decorated end unit with a panoramic  
view overlooking the 18th tee and a pond to the 17th green.  The  
master suite has a king bed and private bathroom, and is located in  
the back of the unit.  The second bedroom is located at the front of  
the unit and has two twin beds.  The den, with a sleeper sofa, can  
be closed off and used as a third bedroom for additional guests.   
All linens and towels are furnished and the unit is equipped with a  
full laundry.  The unit also features a fully applianced and  
equipped kitchen, screened lanai, a private entrance, covered  
parking and is less than 100 yards to the neighborhood pool and hot  
tub.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The unit is Air Conditioned and all utilities including phone and  
Cable TV are included.  The entertainment center in the living room  
has a 32" TV, audio system with home theatre and surround sound,  
DVD, VCR and video game player.  Each bedroom also has its own TV  
and video game player.  
 
Kitchen has a Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Maker,  
Garbage disposal and all dishware and utensils. 
 
Laundry room has a full size Washer and Dryer 
 
All linens and towels are provided.

Activities and Attractions

Spring Run has Golf, Tennis, Club House with Workout Facilities,  
Restaurants, Swimming Pools, and Walking and Biking trails all in  
the community. 
 
Gulf Coast Beaches are within 20 minutes and are open to the public,  
with available parking. 
 
The Coconut Pointe Mall and Miramar and Tangers Outlet Malls, and  
lots of other shopping are within 10 minutes away. 
 
The SW Florida Airport is also only 15-20 minutes away.

Jan-March.......$3,500.00 per month  
April ......... $2,500.00 per month 
May - Oct ......$1,500.00 per month 
Nov - Dec ..... $2,000.00 per month 
 
Plus: $100 Cleaning Fee and 11% Florida County & tourist Tax 
 
Optional: $312 Golf membership transfer 
 
500.00 Refundable Security Deposit required
