of Rosarito in a 24-hour gated community with a private beach.  The 
house includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two car garage.  
There is beautiful tile throughout and the master bedroom boasts a 
four person jacuzzi and fireplace.  This getaway is perfect for a 
family or several couples, with plenty of room to spread out.  The 
rooftop patio provides a spectacular view and private sunbathing.  
The path to the private beach surrounded by cliffs is a short walk 
away.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fireplace, jacuzzi in master bedroom, BBQ, washer/dryer, 
dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, microwave, linens and 
towels, utensils, Satellite TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, Foosball Table, Ping

beach, 24 hour security.

Vacation Rental Rates

$225/night ($250/night July,August)
Three night minimum July and August and holiday weekends.
$1350/per week  ($1500/week July, August)
$50 cleaning fee per stay
Maximum of 8 people allowed.
$150 security deposit required at time of booking.  This will be 
refunded within 48 hours of checkout, less any damages.

This house is part of a Homeowner's Association and all Association
