Vacation Rental Description

Villa Marina Village is a gated community next to the marina in 
Fajardo area. The community has a Pool, Tennis courts, Playground, 
Gazebos, and 24 hours security. It is located about 60 minutes from 
Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport from San Juan.

Villa Marina is near the beautiful beach of the Seven Seas at the 
east coast of the island of Puerto Rico. Very close to "El Yunque 
Tropical Rain Forest", Westin Rio Mar Beach Resort,Wyndham El 
Conquistador Beach Resort and Casino where you will find 
Casinos, Restaurants, Convention Center, and Nightlife.

Vacation Rental Amenities

It’s a 3 level apartment.  It is fully furnished and decorated.  It 
provides 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds and the master bedroom has a 
queen size bed with private bath and walk-in closet.  All of the 
bedrooms have air conditioning. There are 2.5 bathrooms, a full 
equipped kitchen, living room, dinning room, terrace and 
family/terrace on the third floor. entertainment center (Satellite TV)
There is a washer and dryer in the unit.  Towels and linens are 
provided.

All rates include tax. 
A deposit is required to book the apartment.
A security deposit is required and is returned 25 days after 
departure. Cleaning service is available. 

Apartment must be returned clean and in the same original conditions.
