Vacation Rental Description

It's but a ten second walk to the safest & warmest waters of the 
Pacific Northwest.        

Seashell Cottage is located on one of the idylic little lanes in Old 
Birch Bay, just off Birch Bay Drive, and has some of the best beach 
access in Birch Bay.  The cottage is full of vintage beach-y charm, 
fully renovated with all the comforts of home.  It's great for 
single families or for small groups renting together.  

Bedrooms flank either side of the cottage with the family room plus 
a large main open living area in between.  Single story makes for 
easy living for young or old.  In the main bath, there's an old 
fashioned clawfoot tub with shower.  The large, vaulted master suite 
has its own bath with new tiled, double head shower and heated tile 
floor.  Two of our bedrooms offer choice of king beds in each or 
twin beds, all with great mattresses.    

A deluxe Whirlpool Washer/dryer and iron are convenient.  A tiled 
seasonal sunroom with second refrigerator/freezer leads to the 
large, private, fenced yard.  The patio, picnic table & a huge Weber 
BBQ are easily accessed from the sunroom and kitchen.   

Our off season guests receive free with their stay, huge, freshly 
baked cinnamon rolls, delivered  right to the Cottage.  (Some 
advance notice required)

We also own vintage Lora's Cottage, just across the narrow lane 
from Seashell, rent both & sleep 17 comfortably.

Vacation Rental Rates

May 23 - Sept, 2008:  
6 guests $1,500 per week  
  
6 guests, $285 per night 
 
July/August we fill our weeks first and then nights  We have the last week in August available and a 
few groups of nights shorter than a week.  Please check our calendar 

April - May 22, special $175 night, $1,300 week

Off Season, Oct 2007 - March 2008: weeks $699, nightly $175  

Holiday weeks & nights at full price, 3 night minimum

Personal check, credit cards, M.O. PayPal US funds.  No refundable 
deposit needed if we have credit card information

Book early especially if you want a week or more
