is less than 30 minutes from Scottsdale, 20 minutes from ASU and 20  
minutes from the Airport. This beautifully furnished unit has a  
decorator's touch and is equipped with all the comforts of home.   
The oversized pool which lights up the back yard and the  
waterfall adds to the serenity of this paradise! You'll enjoy  
relaxing poolside while shading under the palm tree.

Vacation Rental Amenities

You'll have everything you need and then some!  This well-appointed  
home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroms.  You will find a king size bed  
in  
the master bedroom, a roomy queen size is in the second bedroom and  
two twin beds in bedroom three.  The family room sofa makes into a  
queen size sleeper and overlooks the picturesque fireplace.   
The kitchen in fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washer and  
dryer and all the amenities you'll need.  The unit comes with two  
TV's, one in the family room and the second in the master suite.  A  
VCR is also in the unit.  There is also a community pool, tennis  
courts and basketball court within 1/2 block.   
  

Activities and Attractions

This lovely home is centrally located in Chandler. It is surrounded  
by hundreds of eating places - from fast foods to fine dining.  You  
won't have to cook unless you want to!  And if you want to, the  
kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils. 
 
A new, top-end shopping center is closeby where you will find even  
more restaurants and a multiplex theater. If that's not enough,  
there is more shopping and a couple more multiple screen theaters  
within 10 minutes drive.  
   
Sports fans will be pleased to know that ASU is minutes away; add  
fifteen minutes driving time and you're at the Bank One Ball  
Park...home of the 2001 World Champion Diamondbacks. Scottsdale is  
within 30 minutes drive in case you want more choices in shopping  
and  
dining - not to mention the numerous art galleries featuring Native  
American Art and Crafts. 
 
If you want to have your breath taken away, visit the unmatched  
splendor of the Grand Canyon which is only about 4 hours away.   
Closer to home (or on your way to or from the Grand Canyon) there  
are  
the wonderful western frontier towns of Prescott and Jerome.  And  
not  
to be missed are the red rock formations surrounding the town of  
Sedona.
