Casa Bones Del Mar is our beautiful upscale modern 3500 square foot  
four bedroom house with a newly built private screen enclosed heated  
swimming pool and large pool deck on Fort Myers Beach located  
directly across the street from the beach. Our house is perfect for  
couples, families and family reunions. Our house is located mid  
island and is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The pristine sand  
beaches are only steps away from our front door. 
 
Our house has been beautifully decorated and has all new comfortable  
furniture throughout.  
  
Our house offers four bedrooms and 3 baths. The upper floor has a  
large master suite with a king-size bed and a private balcony  
overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony provides beautiful views  
of the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island and spectacular sunsets. There  
is a large sitting area with a TV and DVD player. The master  
bathroom  
has a large shower and a sunken bathtub. There is a queen size  
inflatable mattress in the closet in case the kids want to sleep  
close to mom and dad. 
 
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV. The third bedroom  
has  
two twin beds and a TV/VCR combo. The forth sleeping area with  
private bathroom and has a full size sleeper sofa  
and TV. The family room has a queen size sofa sleeper.  
 
The kitchen is very modern with new appliances including a  
refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffeemaker,  
toaster, blender, silverware and dinnerware, spices, and all the  
gadgets you'll need whenever you are cooking in. We also have a gas  
grill on the pool deck for outdoor cooking. If you prefer to dine  
out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby.  
 
The family room has new,very comfortable furniture, a 32-inch TV,  
cable TV, a DVD, CD, VCR, and a surround-sound home theater system.  
The entertaiment unit includes games such as checkers, Bacgammon,  
chess, Monopoly, and playing cards. There is a nice selection of  
books. a computer is icluded for internet access. 
 
There is a large balcony with dining tables off the dining and  
family room areas.  
 
Additional amenities include free local phone calls, central air- 
conditioning and heating. There are ceiling fans throughout the  
house,in all the bedrooms and on the pool deck. We also provide a  
full-size washer and dryer, beach towels and bed and bath linens.  
Long distance calls require your calling card or cell phone.  
 
For your beach excursions we provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas,  
kayac, coolers on wheels and wagons.  To explore the island we  
provide bicycles for you to use.  
 
Fort Myers Beach offers miles of pristine sandy beaches, wonderful  
shelling, and a wide variety of watersports including jet-skiing,  
parasailing, swimming, fishing, and boating. (Jet-ski and boat  
rentals are available on the beach). The beach community park is 4  
blocks away and has a large community pool with water slides and  
four  
tennis courts. All of these activities are within walking distance  
of  
our house. World-class golfing nearby. 
A new Publix Supermarket, drugstore, movie theater and shopping are  
minutes away by car or island trolley. Please review our collection  
of local restaurant menus and brochures describing Fort Myers Beach  
and nearby tourist activities.  
 
Driving times to major cities include: Fort Myers, Sanibel Island  
and  
Bonita Springs (15 minutes); Naples (30 minutes); Miami and Tampa  
(two hours); and Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Cape  
Canaveral (approximately three hours).

Minimum 7 day rentals. We rent Saturday to Saturday except during  
off seasons and less then 30 days notice.  Must be over 30 to rent  
$1000.00 reservation deposit - Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
