Beautiful nonsmoking home in "Sunset Captiva" in Captiva Island

Welcome to paradise! Our vacation rental home is located in the
private, quiet, community of “Sunset Captiva” on beautiful Captiva
Island, Florida. The community is centrally located on more than 4
miles of spectacular beach on the Gulf Of Mexico and has it’s own
pool, tennis courts, and recreation area complete with gas grills and
picnic tables. From our home, it’s only a few minutes walk to the
finest in dining, shopping, and recreation. If you need a car… you’re
going too far!

Upstairs, the home has two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-
size bed, private bath, and dressing area: the 2nd bedroom has two
twin extra-long beds, private bath, and dressing area. Both bedrooms
exit onto a spacious 300 square foot sundeck complete with 4 chaise
lounges and table. Downstairs, the home has a powder room, living /
dining room, kitchen, laundry, and large screened porch. The home is
completely furnished. Sorry, no smoking or pets are permitted.

Our home features all of the standard appliances plus central air
conditioning, a ceiling fan in each room, functional fireplace,
wireless (WIFI) high-speed / DSL internet service, FAX machine,
telephone answering machine, AM/FM stereo, CD player, home theater
system, two 27” flat-screen color TV’s with cable service, two VCR’s,
DVD player with extensive DVD movie library, microwave oven, ice
machine, clothes washer & dryer, ironing board & steam iron,
dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, blender, mixer, food processor,
waffle iron, bread machine, and much more. Beach towels, beach
chairs, beach umbrellas, pool floats, children’s beach toys, games,
books, and videos are provided free to all our guests. Cribs, bikes,
scooters, etc., may be rented from local dealers only a few minutes
walk from our home. Boats may be rented or chartered at the marina
just across the road from Sunset Captiva – on the Intracoastal
waterway.

Swimming, boating, surf fishing, charter fishing, deep sea fishing,
sailing & sailing lessons, bareboat rentals, sightseeing and dinner
cruises, water skiing, jetskiing, parasailing, wind surfing,
kayaking, & guided kayak nature tours, snorkeling, diving, shelling,
golf, tennis, biking, shopping, and dining.
