Vacation Rental Description

with 3 large (total 350+ sq. ft.) balconies (two are screened-in) 
and windows on three sides.  Master suite includes two-person 
jacuzzi tub and balcony.  Tastefully decorated with local artwork 
and fully equipped (including washer/dryer) for a casual yet luxury 
feel.

Across the street from the Atlantic Ocean with dedicated beach 
access!  The beach is fabulous white-powder sand on the non-driving 
portion of New Smyrna's "World's Safest Bathing Beach".  The beach 
is pristine and uncrowded.  Just to the south is the gorgeous 
Canaveral National Seashore.  There is also nearby access to the 
Indian River and Intracoastal Waterway, with unlimited fishing 
opportunities.

Ideal location for visiting all of Central Florida's Attractions: 
Orlando (Disney/Sea World/Universal Studios) is 70 miles to the 
west, Daytona Beach (International Speedway/Bike Week) is only 20 
miles north and Titusville (Kennedy Space Center) is 50 miles south.

Oceanwalk is a gated resort complex that is fully appointed with 
amenities like a clubhouse with an all-purpose room (including 
kitchen), large heated pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, tennis 
courts, basketball court, putting green and even a nature trail.  
Parking is in a secure garage directly beneath the unit.
